So it turns out there is really nothing we can do till the "final" report from the doctor in San Diego. This is such a frustrating situation that I would not wish it on my worst enemy. The Lawyer says that what ever this Doc in San Diego says is law and everyone has to listen to it. The lawyer put it eloquently "If this doctor says that you need to be on the next flight to the moon, its the responsibility of the insurance company to make it happen"
Oh and about the whole "You could have serious liver damage" situation, the lawyer explains he often has to send clients to re-hab after they are fixed to get off the drugs and that yes it could be hurting your liver, however any sort of pain killer can do that. He even went on to mention that one of his clients went deaf from over usage of Vicodin.
