4 part seriesSo I had a price adjustment I needed to get at Target (I had purchased something that was now on sale for a $10 difference and within 14 days you can get your money back)
Anywho...
I was waiting in line behind a lady who, when someone arrived at the counter she walked up THREW her bag down and said
"I want a full F%*king refund for this!"
I blink and try to understand what I just heard. I mean Target will give you a full refund on just about anything without batting a eyelash.
So I was a bit put off and because there was only one person behind the counter I stood with my mouth agape wondering what she will say next?
"And I want to speak to a MANAGER!"
Poor girl behind the counter "No problem let me call one"
The lady stands there breathing and sighing under her breath all loud.
Manager "Hi there, what can I help you with?"
"I WANT A REFUND for this and I also want to say that stupid IDIOT you have working over in electronics is useless blah blah"
Manager "
Ok no problem let me just get someone with a key"
She calls another manager over
The free lady then calls me to the counter which needs the manager so we wait.
The second manager arrives and the lady loses it
"That stupid lard ass idiot over in electronics sold me this camera and never said it needed batteries and I want a full refund. He was rude, he seemed like he did not want to help me blah blah"
So as her story gets bigger I am now staring and a crowd has formed.
She then goes on "In fact I want you to call over that stupid lard ass f&*king idiot so I can yell at him and just tell him how stupid he is blah blah"
So cue crazy lady (
that's me for all those still following)
"YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!! HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT SOMEONE YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT! I AM SORRY PRINCESS BUT THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU! THESE LADIES CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW RUDE AND CLASSLESS YOU ARE BUT I CERTAINLY CAN AND I AM SO
EMBARRASSED FOR YOU! YOU ARE AN ADULT YOU SHOULD REALLY ACT LIKE ONE! DID YOUR MOTHER NOT TEACH YOU THAT??"
So the crowd has gotten much bigger (y'all know how quite I am) and she looks at me and puts her hand up and says to the manager "She better stop talking to me!"
And in the loudest,obnoxious,
cheerleaderloud voice I SCREAMED
"OR ELSE WHAT!!!!!!!" Now that I had the WHOLE stores attention
She calmly finished her transaction and walked away... As she did the crowd clapped.
I
apologized to the ladies behind the counter for my outburst and it was so out of character for me but something needed to be said! And they all said "thank you" and one of the managers added that "You always think to say those things and to hear someone say them was refreshing" And I also
apologized and for hers because lets face it she is not a good person and someone from the crowd yells
"You know the scary thing is that, that lady probably lives with someone?"
Everyone laughed
I then called the husband
"Honey if you get a call that I am in the hospital because some crazy lady ran me over in the Target parking lot, have them review the video"
Got to lay some smootches on my dad...
I learned that me and my godsons other god mother HAVE THE SAME TATTOO (how bizarre is that?)
Got to hug and hold my baby brother who I have not seen in 6 years....
Went out dancing and drinking with my baby sister.. so strange...
I got to hug and hold my friend Bryan who had a liver transplant last year (and yes I was so drunk the shutter on my camera did not open)
We meet the hubbys new oncologist..
I bid farewell to friends that have moved on to FABULOUS new jobs in different states....
Its been a busy few weeks! And I am just getting busier! I am so excited I am almost climbing out of my skin!!!
