1. Then there is no excuse not to have kids.....lol
2. I could have a scrapbook studio.
3. I could have a dog.
4. I could park my car in a garage. (not that it matters this is southern California)
5. More room for my shoes and purses.
6. SHOPPING
I would say #6 is my favorite, cause if you buy a house you then must furnish and decorate said house.... Ahhh what fun at least the hubby and I have the same sort of decorating ideas...

Oh, your a girl after my own heart. I am so itching to get a house to decorate. I also want a dog realllllly bad. I am ALSO madly in love with hubby, isn't it great!! Why did you take down the Idol post???
LOL, I so relate to a lot of these reasons, especially the shoes and purses!!! I can't wait till my boys move out so I can convert their rooms into big ole walk in closets!!!!
You're right 'bout your 6th reason... Hehe. However, it also means expenses. Well, that's alright... Do whatever makes you happy! As long as you can afford everything, then go for it. Have you bought one already?
