I NEED HELP!!!

Ok so you all know about my trip coming up in May (I am going home to Canada for 2 weeks with the hubby)

So I have been hitting the gym and I am in need of some NEW workout tunes!!!

Patty I know you are a runner so PUH-LEASE all of you leave me some work out suggestions so I can update my MP3 player. And I am not fussy about music just as long as I can move to it! Bryan I know you read this too so a list from you will be helpful seeing as your site is down right now.

In car news I went looking by myself yesterday on my way home from signing the paperwork for the hubbys car. Those guys are SHARKS serious they see this little (well not so much) women on her own looking at convertibles and they all come running and salivating all over themselves.

if you have itunes, you can download the podcasts. under health, there are tracks specifically created to beats per minutes, etc.

I'm still jealous about the whole new car thing! But I'll tell what I do anyway. I use trance music. At least I think that is what it's called...(god,I'm getting old) I just know a friend's kid was listening to it and I thought that would be great music to hit the treadmill with. I just know that the beat never really changes and one song lasts like 30 minutes, so it's good for that.

If you send me your address (or someone elses address in case you think I am a mad slasher under cover), I can send you some of the music I like and then you can see if you like it without having to pay for it. Whatever music you get, be sure and listen to it at least four times before deciding if you like it or not. Everything (besides shoes) takes time to grow on you.

About the car... Go to your credit union and get your financing (unless you are paying cash) BEFORE you go shopping. Then walk in there with an attitude, tell then what you have to spend, and get up and walk out if they don't agree with you. That, and shopping at the end of the month (when they are trying to make quota) is the way to control the car deal. I have done it a couple of times and it works like a charm. It might not hurt to wear red shoes either, just as a little side distraction. LOL!
