I love me some fabulous deals!!

I have a love hate relationship with Kohls.

But I do love when I can go in and buy Vera Wang FABULOUS jeans for $5. And because they are work jeans the $5 splurge was warranted. PLUS they gave me %15 off for using my Kohls card.. Yeah I like that.

The ugly rivets on the back. Yeah they had to go.


So 2 minutes of removing rivets and $5 I have a great pair of work jeans!

I love me some free shoes!

So I think I have mentioned a time or two that I have some fabulous friends.

Well one of said friends from Canada, crossed the boarder to go shopping in NY and she bought lots of fabulous stuff from Kohls.

She sends me an email that she "Has this thing called Kohls cash for $50?" and could I use it seeing how she would not be back in the US to spend it!

WHAT!! YES!! It was expiring in a couple of days so she mailed it off to me and even though it was expired Kohls let me use it!

So I treated myself to some FABULOUS boots!



And they are brown. Something I would have NEVER bought for myself because I am weird like that and all the shoes I own I do not have a single pair of brown ones!! I love brown on everyone but me. But seeing how they were free and fabulous I am going to learn to love them!

Oh and have you ever ordered anything online at Kohls? NEVER DO!! I went to the store and they did not have my size so I ordered them online 13 days ago and THEY ARE ONLY SHIPPING ON FRIDAY!! So it will be almost 3 weeks before I get my fabulous boots....

But they are so pretty!

Run don't walk to Target ASAP!

I love my dad. For Christmas this year he sent the hubby and I money with SPECIFIC instructions we were to buy ourselves something we want.

I have not bought shoes in a while..... and while checking out the sales at kohl's I found THESE BABY'S


Don't mind the white legs!!! But I had to put them on for effect... they are the SMALLEST heal in my closet other than flats.. but I LOVE THEM!

So ever since I got it in my head that I wanted a new purse for my birthday and the one I went out to get was a flop.. I thought I would head out today to see what was out and about.....



And I bought 6.....








Macys was having a FABULOUS summer ends sale for %80 off. And then I had a coupon for an additional %20 off AND I had a $10 off of $3o gift that Macys sent me for my birthday....

Oh yeah, I also purchased 4 dresses, 6 shirts, and 1 roomper for ONLY $20 baby!!

Each purse was under $4!!!! So how could I not get them all?? And the bright blue one was quasi the color of the one I was after anyways..... It took me LOTS of stuff (all Roxy and Guess) at over %100 off to come up with the $30 I needed to spend to get the $10 off!!!

Wheww shopping is exhausting! But I will not be needed a new purse anytime soon! Or any more cute summer wear.... Thank goodness we have a beach vacation in our future!

He brings home yummy desserts from lunch!!!


Just the word surprise gets me all excited, he brought home 4 yummy desserts from a luncheon at work. I LOVE sweets!!

Maybe I will clean the bathrooms today....

I got most of the stuff done on my list yesterday.

1. Hair cut Check

2. Dog bath Check

3. Rebate stuff check

I went out to buy the purse. Yeah it was not so hot when I got to touch it.. It was cheaply made and it look cheap and for $30 I could not warrant spending that cash (even though its a birthday present to myself) on something that was not FABULOUS! So the hunt continues for a fabulous new purse, or shoes. Or whatever : )

And we are doing date night tonight we are going to see couples retreat!! I am so excited to see this movie. No worries a full recap when I get back!

So these babies are my cute little BCBG girls shoes I bought about 2 years ago.. I tried to find the post but its lost in all my "shoe" posts.

I know I got a good deal on them I just can not remember what. Oh and I still have not worn them because I had not found the PERFECT outfit...









Until NOW!! I found this fabulous dress (Ann Taylor) for $2 at my new favorite discount store. The pictures do not do it justice its really beautiful and its perfect for all of my engagements I have this summer!! So excited!

Fabulous Fridays!!

So I am not sure if any of you think of this. Being I have shoe brain when I find a FABULOUS pair of shoes I ALWAYS dream of the perfect outfit to wear them with.

And being that not all of my shoes are "normal" run of the mill shoes this takes some great calculations and skills!!

See these babies. Yeah black heal, fades to blue then green? The first time I wore these, I wore black capris and a white top. I received about a million compliments on these babies (could be because I was at an all girls function with 20 ladies?)


WELL I FOUND A MATCHING DRESS!!! How cool is that.


So I think I am going to do this post every Friday. One pair of Fabulous shoes with the fabulous outfit to match. I sure do love me some fashion!

The happiest place on earth..

Well one of the many for me...

I just experienced Stein Mart. Oh how I LOVE thee....

WHY DID ANYONE NOT TELL ME OF THIS FABULOUS STORE!!!

They have everything, shoes, house stuff, knick knacks, purses (lots of purses) its sort of like a "fancy" Tj Max or Ross store....

I think I may be a little in love

Are these not the CUTEST things? They are planters. High heal SUPER cute planters. Seeing how I do not garden, I tried to rack my brain for other usefull ways to use such a darling little shoes? Any ideas? I could not think of anything "for me" however for other people... What a cute gift!

And I HAVE to have this. I mean really? I laughed out loud when I saw this. I think its a great little sign. I even asked the hubby if he would mind it I bought it and put it above the closet...



He laughed at me and teased me a little...I really do love that man... And Stein Mart!

And its killing me.. Serious it will not be installed till Thursday so I am coming to you from our beautiful HUGE library that is only a little bit away from the house.

So here are some quick bullet points!

* There is a DSW (only the most FABULOUS shoe store) less than 1 mile away from us. Umm yeah this could be trouble.

* There are about 10 Targets not just Target but SUPER Targets within 10 miles of us. I LOVE IT!

* Our new place is fabulous, there were a few things that needed to get fixed but they were quick about it and we are "almost" unpacked. Each day it feels more like home.

* Finding a job is a little hard with no internet. So umm yeah. That will be put on hold till Thursday.

* Taxes are filed.

* Hubby is sick. Like a dog. Is it me or do all men turn into big babies when they are sick?

* Daisy is doing well. She stopped barfing so it looks like she just had an upset belly.

Busy week.. oh and shoes

The hubby is away for a week in Kentucky and even lost his luggage... which he has back now but I think every traveler has some sort of "mishap" once in a while, and the amount he has traveled in the last year and this is his first "mishap" he is doing pretty good.

While he is away I am working my but off at the gym and at work. I work both jobs every day this week.. A little crazy I am sure but it sure beats sitting on the couch eating bon bons,

It also allows me to buy these without feeling the least bit guilty!! Well with a $14 price tag I mean I HAD TO HAVE THEM... And they are purple so it sealed the deal.



My regular full time job has been a bit of a drag lately.. Now that I know we are moving its hard to keep my heart in the game...

What? I do not have any cute burgundy ones yet?? these were TOO cute to pass up, its my birthday gift to myself.. Oh and Daisy got me the purse that matches PERFECTLY to the shoes.

I swear I have a gift I get an idea of a shoe in my head and then search for it for months. I do not settle on just anything, I must GASP at the prettiness of the shoe and get excited and do a little jig.... Ok maybe I need some help. But the purse is PREFECT for the shoes so I must have them both!

So I ventured out to Big Lots and because a Rite Aid in our area went out of business THEY HAD STUFF 90% off!!!

.33 cents!!! For NAIL POLISH! Oh and lip sticks too, and I got some Cloraseptic spray
for .83 cents. I was so EXCITED with my buys and I ran home to show the hubby, who just laughed at me.. And asked what I was going to do with all my nail polishes, that and I was a pack rat!!

The nerve.. Ha ha.. I will wear them a color on each finger and toe!!


Oh and the WHOLE reason I got to meet the FABULOUS Sylivia was THESE!!!
