Is it just me??

Or does this make anyone else really angry?

I just do not understand how people can be so disrespectful when they are out shopping.

Now I understand something may fall here and there but REALLY pick it up at least!!

I was standing in one spot and physically had to WALK over stuff there was so much on the floor. And I attempted to help pick it up but can you believe it? I mean you would not do that at home would you?

Or maybe they would? Some people just have no class and this was at MACYS!! It frustrated me so much I left the mall...ha ha so you know it bothered me lots!

The frustrations of moving..

So I got a text from the hubby at about 2pm that he needed a Hawaiian shirt for work tomorrow...

So I head out to the mall and I found one that just happened to be so ugly, well I went to use my Macy's card and it said "Not accepted" the guy explained to me that it was not declined it was just "Not Accepted"

So this morning I call to check it out and spent 40 minutes on the phone verifying EVERY address I have had in the US since we have been here.

And they did it with multiple choices was it A), B), C), D) I have never been so frustrated ever!

Now I am not sure if you are keeping track but we have moved a few times.

Colton, CA
Riverside, CA
Cheyenne, WY
Overland Park, KS
Pacifica, CA

Anyways its all sorted out so I called the electrical people to get our final balance so we can pay it AND THEY NEVER CANCELED IT! SO for the last month we have not been at the address we are still responsible to pay the electric there.

Wonder how that works? Well they contacted the building management to have it put in the buildings name so it would not turn off.. And well seeing how we still had to pay rent for Sept we are "technically" still the tenants.

Its a bunch of bull if you ask me.

Thats life though....

We made it down to the beach (1/2 block away) for the sunset the other day...

7 pounds baby!! And a rant

Yeah I lost it!

I wish it was more but its a start. 1 month 7 pounds at this rate I will be 90 before I am at my goal weight...lol

On a side note, I am so disappointed in friends right now.

I had something planned. Something big, and I asked for the support of people I "thought" were friends.

Friend 1 (who I asked 3 weeks ago to attend) I can't I have to work.

Me- Well its 3 weeks away, on a Wednesday evening I am SURE you can get it covered.

Friend 1 - I can't I work.

So umm yeah.

Friend 2 YES I am coming I would be happy to be there.

Me YAY!

Friend 2 (texts me this morning after avoiding 4 messages about the event) I just got a HUGE tax bill for my car I can't come.

Me -Serious? What does a tax bill for your car have to do with supporting me this evening, if you did not want to go that is all that you had to say. We are all adults here and I totally understand but there is no reason to avoid me....

Friend 2- No response.

Frustrated yes I am. But I will get over it. The thing that hurts is if either of these "friends" asked me to be there for them I would be in a heart beat. For instance, this past weekend it was friend #1 birthday bash. I attended BOTH evenings events and so did the husband. Which was HUGE for him. And she can not even attend one thing for me for an hour?

Does this happen to anyone else? Or just me?

I hate to be negative Nancy but in my experience it seems the more I put myself out there the more I care about people and let them in, the more I am disappointed?

If I find you I WILL KILL YOU!!

Ok maybe a bit rash.

My debit card has been compromised.

Yep some fucker, some how got my bank card info AND HAS BEEN SHOPPING ONLINE!!!

And the scary thing? They have my address too.

Oh and my bank card? Yep sitting nestled in my wallet!!!!

Yep they got online set up a fake paypal account with my address and bank card information and ORDERED PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT!

I am one of those crazy people who checks my account about 3 times a day. Maybe in hopes that a million dollars will soon appear? Maybe I am just strange?

Anyways, when I logged in last night my account BALANCE WAS IN RED!! I may have blushed a little because I have NEVER seen that... And then I went in to see what overdrew my account?

Yeah PISSED OFF is not the right way to say the way I was feeling. I called the bank, they said because the transactions were pending they could not do anything I had to call the vendor.

So I call paypal they "freeze" the false account set up in my name and are in the process of sending me information to sigh and send back, and affidavit declaring I did not make this purchase.

And now I have to wait 7-10 days for a new bank card. What a mess!! They said at this time of year they have no idea how these criminals get all this information but its really scary they had a different mailing address then billing address (which was not mine) but paypal will not give me the information....

Ugg SO FRUSTRATING!! Has this happened to anyone else?

Stuff to do!

I have 15 things on a list that needs to get done today and tomorrow! I have officially taken 2 days off for myself ; )

1. Get hair cut (this is a priority today its looking really snarly!)

2. Dog gets bath

3. Laundry (all sheets, bedding ect.)

4. Mail in all rebate forms and coupon contest stuff I had laying around

5. Go to Nordstroms for this FABULOUS purse this lady had yesterday. I asked her where she got it and she had just purchased it the night before.. its SO CUTE! And I deserve it so hopefully pictures to come! And no its not name brand or anything just super adorable!

I have been working like a DOG! So far since Monday 43 hours in 3 days... Working 2 jobs is fun. It keeps me busy and the extra money is not bad either..

For some reason it always seems just when you are getting a little bit ahead you get kicked back.

For instance, I started working 2 jobs. Then I got sick and guess what... Still sick. I have already been back to the dr and its still just bronchitis but that's of coarse costing me more money, so all the extra money I have made is paying Dr bills.... I am STILL after 3 weeks on steroids and antibiotics but I just want to be well again...

**sigh**

I hate being a grown up some times!

GREAT customer service..

Remember this quick summary for those just tuning in.

My car got broken into 1 week before we were moving 900 miles. We bought a new car 3 days before the big move.

Well I received a letter this month from the State of Wyoming about paying sales tax.

Sales tax we paid here in Kansas (to the tune of $983 with registration)

Well turns out we ARE REQUIRED BY LAW to pay the state tax in the state we purchased the car in. Wyoming and Missori are the only states in the 50 states that REQUIRE BY LAW for sales tax to be paid in their states (all other states it does not matter as long as it gets paid somewhere)

So umm that $983 we paid in Kansas.

Yep we owe Wyoming $500...

AND there is a slim chance we may or may not get a refund from Kansas because Wyoming is stupid.

But the good news and what this whole post was about was I called the Kia dealership we purchased the car from, they did ALL the leg work to figure out what had to be done AND THEN THEY PAID 1/2 of what we owed to Wyoming!!

Wow. Just wow! Of coarse they asked if we do get a refund from Kansas to reimburse them but if not they are sorry about the inconvenience...

How cool is that? I would even go back to Wyoming Kia to purchase a new car just because of that....

Is it just me?

Have you ever noticed when you go grocery shopping as you are finishing up you size up all the lines and choose the one you think will go the fastest?

And then you have actually gotten into the line with the little old lady who questions EVERYTHING on her bill (before leaving) and then pulls out her check book and starts to write a check?

Or the 1 person in front of you "forgot" something and will be RIGHT BACK?

Yeah it never fails. No matter what line I choose its always the slowest.

Open Letters

Dear Local Post Office:

You are a bunch of fuckers. You read that right. Fuckers. Just because we live in a small town does not mean when someone calls in sick (like this past Friday) you can just REFUSE to sort the mail for your local Gov offices.

This means I received 5 times the amount of deposits today and you can kiss my ass.

Sincerly
Another reason small towns BITE ASS.

Dear Everyone in my little office:

Your a bunch of digbats. Seriously thank you for the entertainment. Just because both supervisors are away does not make "everyone" else the boss. It is very entertaining to watch you all run around jockeying for position.
Sure I will listen to you all talk shit about each other, it makes me laugh. You all need to get a life.

Sincerly
LMAO fly on the wall

Dear inventor of the electric blanket:

Where have you been all my life. Its like falling in love EVERYDAY. And why did you not make me purchase one 10 year ago. I mean serious. This is fucking AWESOME. I confess my love to you every day.

I love you
Thank you

Sincerly
Me and my VERY warm toes.
