Honest scrap!

So someone tagged me with an award last week or the week before I can not remember.

Umm I read about it, stole the button to post it AND CAN NOT FIGURE OUT WHO TAGGED ME...**hangs head in shame***

Well anyways here is the award....


The rules:

So here we go... Well all but the link back to the person who tagged me.. Unless you "remind" me and I can edit this?

Ok:

1. I have a weird fear of being fired. Strange I know, but I always have this weird feeling I am going to get fired. Although I am an ideal employee and in 32 years I have never been "fired" **well except for that one time but I do not think it counts because I had given notice anyways** it just really scares me. And I am not sure why. Performance reviews make me vomit (serious) and break out in sweat.

2. I am a loyal friend. If you are my friend I will do anything for you, and I will hold you and your feelings close to my heart.

3. If I ever win the lottery I would volunteer my time. I would just love the option to never have to worry about money and be able to give my time, and some of it to a worthy cause.

4. I used to have a HUGE phobia of feet. Serious I used to make people wear socks in my pool. When I met the hubby and he learned of this little "issue" he would rub his feet all over me till I cried. I would ALWAYS try to wear my socks in bed. I am over it now (well thats a lie) I just choose not to look at other peoples feet and if I by chance catch a nasty snarl toe I gag.

5. I collect shoes (but y'all knew that already) I am actually a REALLY picky shoe person. All though I love me some shoes I am VERY picky about what I buy. I MUST LOVE THEM to purchase them. I have this rule. I walk away and if I am still thinking about them in 2 days I will go back for them. It rarely happens. If I LOVE them off the bat I buy them.

6. I am a candyaholic. No joke I LOVE CANDY (hence the size of my ass currently). However I do not like candy that is watermelon or peach flavored. Not sure why just REALLY dislike them.

7. I rock out in my car. Like so bad American idol has NOTHING on me. I sing as loud as I can and throw in some dance moves too. Only when I am alone though... And it makes other people laugh and that makes my day.... It was really bad when I had my convertible.

8. I grew up in Canada born and raised ( YAY CANADA WON GOLD IN HOCKEY!) and went to a french elementary school. I have been in the USA now for 7 years and I have lost MOST of my french. I understand it if you speak it to me but I can barely speak it to save my life.

9. I have been dying to learn sign language. I really need to get on that. Its been something I have wanted to do for a really long time.

10. My life is so blessed with so many friends and loved ones. I married the man of my dreams and I thank god for him every day! I am such a lucky girl!

I saw this and thought it was cute.. I tend to pride myself on my selection of purses. I tend to get lots of comments/compliments on them so I thought this was a cool meme.

2. It was $21 on clearance and Macys. To be honest I bough the IDENTICAL pink one first using a coupon and "special buy" event and it was $2 with all the discounts. As I was leaving with my glorious buy I saw this one. And well seeing how I saved so much money on the first one.. and one of the sales applied to the identical bag...

3. Not much in it. Water bottle, wallet, kleenex, 3 lip glosses, hand sanitizer, notes for things needed at the store. 6 pens (in my defense I do work in a restaurant)

So I saw this GREAT meme over The Princess Diaries

And I asked her to interview me... So here it is

1. I thought you were starting a blog devoted to your shoes...what ever came of that??
Umm I started... Its right here but I never got to uploading any pictures.. Maybe I will get back to this some day..

2. Speaking of shoes, are you like me and just buy the pretty ones that you can afford, or do you also buy Prada and Gucci?
I only buy cheap ones.. I just could never warrant spending too much on shoes. I prefer to spend under $30 mostly. I have splurged a few times on ones that I HAD TO HAVE. But my max was $100. And they were Guess, and patent leather and purple. My name was all over them.

3. How's the Twilight Journey going? Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?
Just finished the books. Today actually. I am team Edward for sure. I did say I liked the movie better, but after getting through the series and having gone back to see the movie again. The books are better!

4. George Clooney or Brad Pitt?
Ugg on both of them. I am more of a Vin Diesel fan? Or the Rock....

5. What would your luxury item on Survivor be?
Lip gloss.. I have about 15 in my purse I can not stand to have dry lips!! Its one of my pet peeves.. that or a bottle to hold my water. I drink LOTS of water in a day..

Frig AGAIN!! I think I have done this MANY times before but I love tagging people so tee hee I will do it again. Sorry if you already knew maybe some of these.

Ok Randoms 8 Random facts:

1. The sound of someone clipping there nails is like nails on a chalk board to me. It makes me gag and gives me the shivers. (even when I do it myself) I try to tune it out when I am at the nail salons for my pedicures..UUGGG

2. I want to jump out of a plane and go bungee jumping (which I can not any more because of my back)

3. The smallest thing can make me cry. Except when I am at work (with the exception to Thursdays staff meeting where someone asks us to pray for their uncle who is dying in the hospital) And when I am mad. When I am frustrated (which has not been for awhile) I can cry too. Commercials, weddings the baby story on TLC.

4. I HATE those STUPID flat ballerina shoes... HATE UGG they are gross. And I used the word hate in the same sentence as SHOES so I REALLY do not like them.

5. I talk to myself in the car. And I have also noticed that I swear A LOT at traffic and bad drivers. It has become VERY apparent now that I drive a convertible how Loud I really am behind the wheel. Oh and I also sing out loud and do not care who is listening. Oh and maybe I dance a little too.

6. I like any kind of food. Serious. I am not a picky eater at all. Which is prevalent to the size of my ass. I am allergic to hot dogs, bologna and tomato soup (just soup though not sauces or tomatoes they are my FAV)

7. I drink LOTS of water. Serious I go through approx 8 bottles a day at work and then about 3 at home. Its the only thing I drink. No juice, no soda, no coffee. Yeah I know its strange.

8. I LOVE nice linens and LOVE great towels I have a closet full to prove it! (I worked in retail for a linen dept for 3 years)

My Interview

Ok so I saw this over at astrocoz and I thought it was pretty cool so I asked her to interview me:
Here are my answers

1. If money was no object, and you could pick 4 pairs of shoes, which would they be?
This is such a tough one. I really do not like to spend a lot of money on shoes, its a very personal thing and I can not shop on line so I would need to go to the mall and try them on and touch them. The most I have ever spent on a pair of shoes and it still makes me feel guilty is $100. The only reason I spent it, was they were the first pair of shoes EVER (still to this day) that when I saw them I squealed in delight and gasped and did a happy dance. I LOVE shoes it just bugs me to spend too much money on them

2. If your fairy godmother told you that you had to be someone else (celebrity, political figure, famous person) for a month, who would you choose to be and why?

I think I would choose to be an actress of some sort. No one in particular but I have always wanted to do a movie. You see these stars and they say they have it so hard, I would just like to walk in there shoes. See how hard it is. Oh and also to get plastered all over the tabloids that would be fun if you had the choice it would all be over in a month. I would do things just for the shock value like buy 100 tubes of hemorrhoid cream in a see through bag from the pharmacy just to see what they would say about it. Oh and make out like mad with Random people just to see the shit they would write

3. If you could dedicate all your time to charity, what charities would you support and how would you support them?
Oh I have to pick just one? Not sure about this. If I could spend all of my time it would be with different charities. I would love to do more work with The Red Cross I wish I could get them organized and I would probably join the Peace Corp and habitat for humanity. I have tried to become a Big Sister but because I am not an American citizen they will not let me. This is also true for the Peace Corp. I would love to just be part of something bigger than me. I have always been a volunteer for some sort of organization. I think being a volunteer speaks volumes of your character.

4. What embarrassing habit do you have, that you would never tell your boss about?
I am a pretty open book. I may not ever tell, actually I think I have? I would say telling her I still sleep with my baby blanket. That and feet really gross me out. So much so when one of the ladies I work with wheres flip flop heals and her hammer feet are all out, I spend most of the day holding back gags and dry heaves. Oh and I used to make people wear socks in my pool.

5. If you suddenly had to leave the continent, never to return, what would you bring with you?

My hubby, hes my rock and my center. I could not ever see my life without him, I think with him I could do anything and we could get through anything. I would also need the Internet that way I am never really that far away.

Oh and my shoe collection of coarse.lol just kidding
