I reverted back to the days I was a 5 year old child!

I cried.

Like I sobbed.

I was so sick last night with a migraine that was SO bad. The poor dog licked my tears the hubby rubbed my head.

See 99.9% of the time they are TOTALLY controllable. Well to the sense I can take medication and be fine within the hour. (medication is in a needle form they are that bad)

Last night reminded me of how fragile I really am. I felt one coming on (always behind my left lobe) and I took a pill thinking "No big deal" then I started to barf. Yep barfing in the toilet while the hubby is in the shower. So gross!! I know he has seen be barf before but I was a little embarrassed about it.

Then the barfing would not stop so the tears started.

Having migraines sucks ASS!!!

But I am better today, thanks to barfing up yesterdays lunch and todays dinner....lol
