I dropped the hubby off at the airport this morning to send him on his way to Vegas... yeah not for fun (well I am sure there will be a little fun) he is there for work.
So its me and Miss Daisy for the week. We have a very fun week planned.
Do lots of shopping.. Did I tell you how much Daisy LOVES the car? Every chance we get we take her with us. Just the mention of the word car sends her into spastic barking and running in circles. Its so cute to see, I think I will get that on video.
Attempt to finish unpacking **gasp** I know its been 3 weeks it should be done by now. But we are leaving a few things packed up so that we will not have to repack them again. I really just want to get the spare room set up with the bed and stuff as opposed to it being against the wall right now.
Work.
Clean house and finish laundry. Not in that order because the house cleaning will have to be done the day the hubby comes home...lol Because if he knew I lived like this!!
Spend time with fabulous new friends!! I just got home from the hospital for one of the girls I work with IS HAVING A BABY!!! So in a few hours there will be a PICTURE post of new squishy baby pictures!!

Bullet points
* I played hooky from work today.. tee hee.. Probably the only day I really could seeing how much work is on my plate. One of the girls has been out for over a month. A MONTH. So not cool.
* Hubby played hooky too!
* Just finished the book Twilight. It was good. I think I liked the movie better.
* I am going to start the second book here in a minute.
* Talked to my dad, we are going home (population 2000) where I grew up to surprise my grandma for her 80th birthday in July.
* We are moving to Kansas. Yes Kansas. I have already tried to call Daisy Toto, shes not having it.
* My shoes arrived today. However UPS did not ring the bell or even knock so they will be delivered tomorrow..

Good thoughts, good thoughts
Things going on in my head at the moment.
1. What did I EVER do without DVR. Serious. I have no idea. Its so bad that I even WAIT for shows to be over to watch them only for the sole purpose of fast forwarding the commercials.
2. I am SO excited about all the new movies coming out. Baby Mama, Maid of Honor,
Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Iron Man. I know, I know, one of these things just does not belong there....I have weird tastes what can I say? Oh and Juno is out on Video tomorrow how exciting is that.. And NO I have not seen it yet
3. My girls trip to Vegas is fast approaching and I NEED to get serious about this bikini thing, that or its going to look pretty fabulous on someone OTHER than me..... Anyone know where I could get a cute one piece? Snow suit maybe?
4. I am sick. Like green boogies, coughing and hacking sick. But the good news is the weather has FINALLY made up its mind and its getting nice out. That and I have managed to get sick on my days off which is GREAT news that way I am not missing any work. Its the stupid weather change crap that made me sick. Damn mother nature.
And I am trying to send GOOD thoughts to Matt. They lost the baby. I held him for a bit while he cried at work and tried to put a good spin on it. Her body was not ready for a child. Now they have time for her to finish high school, him finish college they have many YEARS to have babies, I told him it was in Gods hands, if you believe or not it was gods choice to not bring that baby into this world. The baby was not ready. They are not ready. There is nothing you can really say to console someone who has lost a child and my heart aches for their loss, but knowing also in my heart that she is ONLY 15 and him 19 that god has other plans for them right now......
